I am a writer from Zagreb, Croatia. my book has just been published by Paranoia, a publisher in Estonia:

without a major publisher or PR firm, i am not able to find a distributor. Paranoia prints by demand.

this is not an artist book in an ordinary sense, but it's also not a scientific one (art history), nor a commercial one, in an art-market PR sense of the word.
