The Detroit Art Book Fair continues! Same time (almost), same great place, and the organizers are past participants who will carry the torch. This is excellent news. You can register here: https://detroitartbookfair.com/

The dates are October 12-13, 2019. This fair has a pretty nice compressed energy with 6 hours on the first day and 4 hours on the second.

While in Los Angeles for the LA Art Book Fair, I met one of the organizers of the Boston Art Book Fair. That fair used to be at the same time as the Detroit Art Book Fair but for 2019 there is no overlap. Boston is now happening November 8-10, 2019. Anyway, for when we're ready for it, Seattle is having our first art book fair, May 8–10, 2020 (https://www.seattleartbookfair.org/)! Applications are open (deadline is January 15th).

@marcfischer I think definitely a thread is good, just to have a nice history of submissions each year. As far as the link at the top, I find it useful as reference because it means people new to the list don't have to filter through everything. Maybe a shared spreadsheet or something would be easier to collectively maintain though?
