It looks like this is just getting going, but might be a good place to send your publications to for review. There is definitely a HUGE need for more efforts like this.

Before starting Artists’ Book Reviews, Levi wrote reviews for The Journal of Artists’ Books and Abecedarian Gallery. He currently serves as book review editor for Openings: Studies in Book Art and is a moderator of the College Book Art Association’s Book Art Theory Blog.

They've just recently added information about mailing books in for review (I'm not sure if that info was there at first). I'll be curious to see what comes through and how Levi writes about it - particularly for Instagram which is a limited format for this kind of thing but might wind up working well anyway. The blog version is a smart supplement that can deal with things that Instagram isn't good for, like posting URLs and positioning images in the order that the review text addresses them.
